I completed my undergraduate and DPhil studies in the Chemistry Department of the University of Oxford, with my DPhil work focused on using native mass spectrometry to study membrane proteins and their interactions with lipids.
As a postdoctoral researcher in Philip Poole’s lab, I am working on investigating protein-protein interactions for the various molecules involved in the regulatory networks that control nitrogen and carbon metabolism in bacteria. This is achieved through the application of mass spectrometry approaches, including bottom-up proteomics and native mass spectrometry.
