Following my undergraduate studies in Biological Sciences at the University of Warwick, I joined the BBRSC Interdisciplinary Bioscience Doctoral Training Partnership. During my DPhil I will be working under the supervision of Prof. Phil Poole and Dr Lindsay Turnbull. My research focuses on investigating how plant species, environment and microbial interactions influence rhizosphere microbial communities and specifically colonisation of the rhizosphere by plant growth promoting rhizobacteria.
